Technical description:

Machine is meant to pack granular food products; coffee, cocoa, flour, powdered sugar, powdered milk, pudding, whipped cream and similar products.

The packaging process is automatic and starts from pour material into the bin auger transporter. The auger transports the material towards the metering cartridge. Next, there is individual loss-of weight bulk bag weigh batch dischargers to automatic gain-in-weight batching. The bag is ready to pack into the collective box. This machine can pack 50-100 gram of material in to the one bag. All parts of this machine which are in contact with packed products, are made of materials suited for use in the food industry. Machine is driven by geared motor and pneumatic system. It is controlled by an electronic control panel.

System which producing bags has the option to change settings: width, lenght and high.

Determinant of width is machine , length is determined by photomarkr. Photo Marker is printed at the foil and recorded by photocell. The foil must be properly wound into a coating on the carrier film. We recommend: max. 450mm width and 350mm diameter of roll.

For installation machine is need minimum 3,5 m of high, supply voltage 400 V, compressor 250 l/min.
