The machine is designed for packing into prepared bags. Packaged products are granular, fine and bulk materials like rice, hazelnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin, potato chips, tiny pasta. The system works with a balance mechanism with feedback. Batching goes on with  vibration path,  moreover  by selecting the appropriate bolt hole you can get optimum ratio of flow rate and precision. All elements which have contact with packing product are made from specific material for the food industry, acid-resistant and  stainless steel.  Simple construction guarantee  reliability, easy operation and long service life. Optionally we can attached and install meter of  full bags.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK MACHINE:

Process of packing starts after charged material to packaging into dispenser.

Material from container falls on the tape vibrator, because gravity.

Vibrator starts turn on type  with a small angle, which moves the material towards the metering hopper weight.

The material fills the container metering. Whet is full of material, arm of scale going up to high of sensor of drive vibrator, after this electronic sensor stops the vibrator. Technical worker puts bag into the hopper. The hopper empties metering tank when an employee pulls the hand lever.

The Empty metering tank after emptying rises at exits the arm scale, sensory of drive is free and starts cycle of batching.
