Automatic packaging process. Madoks automatic Packing Machine has been designed to packing fine-grained products; 5-10g.  All parts of this machine which are in contact with packed products, are made of materials suited for use in the food industry. For every moving machine functions is using motors-reducers and pneumatic systems, the entire system is controlled by microprocessor. We offer  special system  for production of bags. Forming system is responsible for  mach  width of bag,   Photo Marker is at the foil and recorded by photocell. Foil has to be properly wound on a core,  core is located on carrier for packing film. We recommended dimensions of film;  15cm width and 30cm diameter.

For installation machine is need minimum 2,2 m of high and  supply voltage 380 V.

The machine is equipped with a feeder hopper, which is  synchronized with the operation of the packaging machine.

Technical description of the machine:

Bag is forming by machine from a reel of film. Bag is measured and filled material. Next  is welding and cutting full bag. Is possible to stamp date on a weld. Machine is coordinated by electronic system.

Possible is  create 3 type of bags: cigarettes, pyramid or pillow shape.    

Honey dosing system.

Container  for honey keeping constant temperature of honey. Container  of honey  maintains a constant temperature, mixer does not allow condensation.  Cylinder helps with capacitive dispensing.

Automatic machine to packing sugar and honey ( mostly used in restaurant). Capacity of bags from 5-20 grams. The packing process is made on the automatic line. “Madoks”  packing machine  can pack grained materials; 5-20 grams, and liquid-cream materials 10-40 gram. For liquid materials is separate feeder.

SUPLEMENTARY EQUIPMENT

Feeder  for dosing cream materials, supplementary flange and other  necessary parts for packing honey. (Feeder can work independent and packs honey in to small jars.)

Honey packing machine can pack also other product, if  is similar to honey texture.
